"It's easier to build strong children than fix broken men."
- Frederick Douglass

What if dinner time with your young children wasn't a battle? What if you allowed your child to eat with joy and find the body they are meant to have?

Feeding your child can be one of the most difficult parts of parenting. There is so much noise regarding Nutrition and how to "make sure" your child gets enough of the right nutrients that often families fall into frustrating patterns that make mealtimes less than enjoyable.

If you want to start off feeding your baby in a way that will help them become competent eaters, full of joy surrounding food and their bodies, or you're in a place where mealtimes with your older child have become stressful because there is a constant battle over eating, you're in the right place. I can help you understand the dynamics in play surrounding food and give you practical tools to replace frustration with joy, and worry with confidence.

My work is based on the incredible work of Ellyn Satter, and will provide you with a framework during mealtimes for children of all ages.
